Aaron Povoledo

Aaron Povoledo’s storied career began in karts and quickly moved forward with great success in Formula cars both in England and Canada.

After winning the World Scholarship from Jim Russell Racing UK, Aaron was voted by Autosport magazine as one of the top five up-and-coming drivers in the UK.

He then went on to further open wheel success with the Player’s Forsythe program, very similar per example as what the Ferrari Academy is to younger talents moving up the ladder, with highlights such as winning the F1 support race in pro F.Ford and setting a series record for most pole positions in Canadian Formula Renault.

A successful switch to sports car racing has seen Aaron notch up many wins and pole positions in Grand-Am, IMSA, Pirelli World Challenge and Lamborghini Super Trofeo.

With such a vast experience in the business, Aaron brings to Canadian Racers News the world of motor racing in all its aspects.
