Parker Thompson second in GT4 class in IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge Canadian Tire Motorsports Park 120
Robert Wickens and Mark Wilkins second and third respectively in TCR class
A pretty straightforward race as it ran without any full course yellow and it came down to strategy for some of the leaders as the race came towards the final laps.
In the GT4 class, #95 Turner Motorsport BMW M4 GT4 (G82) with drivers R. Megennis / C. Lawrence finished with a 27 seconds lead over second place finisher #50 Hattori Motorsports Toyota GR Supra GT4 EVO of which Parker Thompson had started on pole for the race.
#71 Rebel Rock Racing Chevrolet Camaro GT4.R was gifted third place as the car occupying third at the time ran out of gas on the last lap.
#78 Thaze Comp by MC Squared Mercedes-AMG GT GT4 ended the race in fifth place with Michael DiMeo
Unfortunately for Jesse Lazarre and Motorsports In Action they had to retire their McLaren Artura GT4 with 10 laps to go.
Same fate for Daniel Morad driving for Winward Racing who actually did not get a chance to drive in the race with his teammate involved in a collision on the second lap of the race causing enough damage to not be able to repair.

In the TCR class, #17 Unitronic/JDC Miller MotorSports Audi RS3 LMS TCR made a doubtful move on Robert Wickens as both car committed to corner 5b as the Audi driver came in contact with the Hyundai just enough for Wickens having to go wide at the exit. Although the move would not have changed anything with Wickens coming into the pits on the last lap for additional fuel.
So this, the win went to #17 Unitronic/JDC Miller MotorSports Audi RS3 LMS TCR who ended up finishing one lap ahead of second place Robert Wickens driving the #33 Bryan Herta Autosport with Curb Agajanian Hyundai Elantra N TCR and fellow Canadian Mark Wilkins came in third in the #98 Bryan Herta Autosport with Curb Agajanian Hyundai Elantra N TCR.
