61 Car Field for the Roar Before The Rolex 24
IMSA PUBLISHED THE ENTRY LIST FOR THE ROAR COMING UP ON JANUARY 21-23
The 61 car field is divided as follows : Seven Dpi, 10 LMP2, nine LMP3, 13 GTD Pro and 22 GTD
Thus far, 9 drivers + 2 team will have the Canadian flag on cars.
In LMP2, John Farrago will compete in the no. 8 Tower Motorsport Oreca LMP2 07. In LMP3, no. 13 AWA Racing’s Duqueine D08 will be driven by Orey Fidani and Kuno Wittmer and Garett Grist will drive the no. 38 Performance Tech Motorsports Ligier JS P320.
In GTD Pro, Our plaid Porsche no. 9 Pfaff Motorsports driven by Matt Campbell, Mathieu Jaminet and Felipe Nasr.
In the GTD class, Zacharie Robichon is teaming up with Wright Motorsports in the no. 16 Porsche 911 GT3R. Roman De Angelis with Heart of Racing’s no. 27 Aston Martin Vantage GT3. Daniel Morad has confirmed he will be with Alegra Motorsports(even though his name is not on the entry list) and running a Mercedes AMG GT3.
Mikael Grenier, who we are used to see with SunEnergy Racing and had finished on the podium last year, is going to be with the no. 57 Winward Racing entry in a Mercedes AMG GT3. Finally, Paul Dalla Lana is to drive with Northwest AMR in the no. 98 Aston Martin Vantage GT3.

Roar before the Rolex 24 gets underway January 21 for 3 days of preparation towards the Rolex 24. Of note, there will be qualifying taking place on Saturday and a qualifying race on Sunday.
