Canadian team ST Racing wins GT4 class in 24H Dubai
HIGHLIGHTED AS A FLAWLESS RUN DURING THEIR 24 HOUR RACE DRIVING THE BMW M4 GT4 WHICH MARKS A FIRST WIN FOR THE CANADIAN TEAM IN THE 24H SERIES
Starting from Pole Position, drivers Samantha Tan, Nick Wittmer, Chandler Hull and Jon Miller shared the BMW M4 GT4 in a race where several full course yellow occurred, especially one where cars/drivers were limited to 60km/h on track for about one hour early in the morning just before sunrise, but were able to execute their strategy and win over the reigning Overall GT Teams’ champion PROsport Racing Aston Martin Vantage AMR GT4 (#401, Nico Verdonck / Rodrigue Gillion / Stephane Lemeret / Patrik Matthiesen / Constantin Schöll).
ST Racing’s win came with a three lap lead over the Aston Martin Vantage and six laps over third place finisher Dragon Racing’s McLaren AMG GT4.
