IMSA has published the pre-event entry list for the 58th running of the Rolex 24 at Daytona and with such a high calibre of drivers and teams from what was seen at the Roar, everything is in place for a great 24 hour race.
Pfaff Motorsports, AIM Vasser Sullivan and WRT Speedstar Audi Sport as well as Bruno Spengler(GTLM), John Farano(LMP2) and GTD drivers Daniel Morad, Zach Robichon, Roman De Angelis, Paul Dalla Lana, and Russian born Misha Goikhberg will be battling for top honours in their category.
Teams are setting up in the garages on Tuesday with media duties on Wednesday as well as track walk.
Thursday morning is when the action gets underway with a first 60 minutes practice session set for 10:05. A second practice is scheduled at 12:45 pm followed by a 15 minutes qualifying for each class starting at 4:15pm with the GTD class then GTLM and finally Dpi and LMP2.
After a dinner break, activities will resume for IMSA WeatherTech with a 90 minutes night session set for 7:15.
Then Friday will have one last 60 minutes practice session at 9:50 before teams and drivers prepare for the Rolex 24 on Saturday with a scheduled start for the Rolex 24 at Daytona at 1:40pm.
