Following the race, we stopped by the Bryan Herta Autosport w/ CURB ADJANIAN trailer to speak with Mark.
“We were really happy with how the car handled here at laguna Seca and we will be pushing harder for the win at the next race.” mentioned Mark.
Asked how they are approaching the last race of the season since they are leading the championship and if they were going to be conservative or still in “attack” mode, Mark responded: “It will be smart attack for sure as our aim is to win the race but we must finish the race to win it.”
In between the two races and with no testing involved, Mark was to be by his wife as the couple is expecting their second child. “My wife is expecting our second boy and I told her that is it to come out before the race and off to the track I go,” Mark said with a huge grin on his face. Racers will be racers!
Congratulations in advance to the couple in welcoming their child into this world.
