SCOTT HARGROVE BACK AT THE WHEEL FOR PFAFF MOTORSPORT. GOOD PACE BY COMPASS RACING

It is all about GTLM and GTD at VIR as the DPi are not present for this event, their next outing scheduled for WeatherTech Raceway mid-September.

Both class having two practice sessions today and Porsche GT Team came out on top of both sessions in GTLM with #912 fastest in the first and #911 in the second.

Our Canadian teams had a good day as well in GTD with AIM Vasser Sullivan topping the second practice session with the #14 of R. Heistand/J.Hawksworth. They had finished the first practice in fourth place. The second AIM Vasser Sullivan Lexus RC F GT3 was 12th and ninth respectively.

Compass Racing has shown more performance since the BoP adjustments at Road America and today confirmed its pace as they ended FP1 in eight and FP2 in fifth.

Scott Hargrove was back at the wheel of Pfaff Motorsports Porsche 911 GT3 R after missing the last two events with teammate Zach Robichon. the pair finished FP1 in 13th and FP2 in 10th.

More to come tomorrow as a third practice session followed by qualifying is scheduled.
