Compass Racing shakes down its McLaren 720S GT3
TORONTO BASED COMPASS RACING RECENTLY TOOK DELIVERY OF THEIR MCLAREN 720S GT3 TO COMPETE IN IMSA WEATHERTECH GTD CLASS SPRINT EVENTS
On March 28th, the team posted on their website they had taken delivery of the car and brought it to Palm Beach International Raceway for a brief shake down with Paul Holton at the wheel.
Pictures are showing just a plain carbon livery for now but we can easily see how agressive the car looks. Especially looking at the rear diffuser.
This week the team continued their preparation, for their first of seven races of the season, testing at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course. On hand for the test were drivers Paul Holton and Matt Plumb.
The 2 hours 45 minutes race will tale place on May 5th. Green flag is scheduled for 1:35pm and can be seen live on IMSA.tv starting at 1:25pm.
