Daniel Morad aims for a second victory in the GTD class of the Rolex 24 at Daytona
Since winning the IMSA Ultra 94 Porsche GT3 Cup in 2016, Daniel Morad has been working quite hard at getting behind the wheel.
And having shown his talent on many occasions, opportunities have come his way since then. Needless to say, he has delivered every time.
Following him through his social media account, Daniel announced back in October he was to drive at IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship’s Petit Le Mans at Road Atlanta with the MONTAPLAST by Land Motorsport team. At the checkered flag, the team finished in sixth place.

Having won the Rolex 24 at Daytona in the GTD class, in 2017, it is no wonder that this team has retained his services for the 2019 edition of the Rolex 24.
Daniel completed two test days with the German team at the Daytona International Speedway a couple of weeks ago. He will be teaming up with Christopher Mies, Dries Vanthoor and Ricardo Feller.
Next will be the Roar before the Rolex 24, Jan 4-6, where Daniel and his teammates will get their hands on the Audi R8 LMS GT3.
